The holiday park is open from March - November. Please see prices below and email to check availability. Its cheaper to book directly through me. Happy to offer short breaks with a minimum three night stay, (except in peak season) please email me with any dates that you are interested in. Please note your booking is not confirmed and taken off the website until payment has been made. Sorry no pets.

Cancellation received more than 56 days before start date - charge is 10% of the total holiday price
Cancellation received more than 42 days but no more than 55 days before start date - charge is 30% of the total holiday price
Cancellation received more than 28 days but no more than 41 days before start date - charge is 50% of total holiday price
Cancellation received 27 days or less before start date - charge is 100% of the total holiday price.
A non refundable £ 100 booking fee is payable upon booking to secure your holiday dates, this is deducted from the total holiday price.
I also require £150.00 refundable breakage/ damage insurance, (to be added to the cost of the holiday and paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday) This is a refundable insurance which is paid back to yourself after the holiday home has been satisfactorily checked after vacation. Please advise me of any damage/breakages whilst you are still there. Any damage or breakages will be deducted from the insurance at the owners discretion.
The remaining balance including the refundable insurance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. I am more than happy to accept payment plans if that helps, this can be discussed with me at the time of booking.
If the holiday is booked to start within the six week period then the total holiday cost will be payable upon booking.
So I will require the deposit of 100.00 to book and secure your chosen dates.
