All bedding is included. Quilts, sheets, pillows (with pillow protectors), plus all quilt covers. Beds will be made up freshly for your arrival with the exception of the pull down sofa bed in the lounge area. The bedding for this can be found in the storage area under the main bed. Cot bedding is not included. Please bring your own towels..

We accept families and couples only, no all male/female groups. You need to be 21 years old to book.
Some of the big supermarkets will deliver but only to the reception area, so you would need to meet them there. There is also a very well equipped Spar shop located on site.
Takeaway deliveries can be made to the reception area only.

There is to be no rubbish left inside or outside of the caravan. There is commercial bins located on the park please use them.

There are regular buses that run from the entrance to the holiday park.
No chargers on site and you are not permitted to charge from the caravan. There is a charging point in East Street Car Park, DT6 3LL and also one at Bridport Leisure Centre, DT6 5NJ
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE OWNERS:
Freshwater Beach Holiday Park have issued an order that anyone that has an electric vehicle must not at any time attempt to charge their vehicle from the caravans electrical sockets, as this would overload the sites electricial system, there are charging points available in Bridport. You will be asked to leave and forefeit your holiday if these rules are broken.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping rule in the van, you are welcome to do this outside.

The nearest pharmacy is Boots ( 01308 456167) or Lloyds ( 01308 424350) in Bridport.
Yes, there is parking for 2 cars next to the van. Please park on the stones and not on the patio area as this is not designed for cars. Please also leave our neighbouring caravan access to their fire escape windows at all time. Please note: No ball games are permitted by freshwater beach holiday park near or around the caravans. There is plenty of open space on park for these activities 😀
We do have a highchair and travel cot available. These can both be found under the main bed in the storage area. Cot bedding is not included.
As a rule, we don't offer early or late check ins/outs, but if the check in time is going to be earlier, then of course i will let you know! Check in is from 3pm and check out is no later than 11am.
When you book your holiday with me, I will require the following details:
All names of people attending & ages if under 21.
Full address, telephone and email address of the main person booking
Car registration which you will be arriving in.
A £ 100 booking fee is payable upon booking to secure your holiday dates, this is taken off the total cost of the holiday. The outstanding balance of the holiday is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the holiday is booked to start within the eight week period then the total holiday cost will be payable upon booking.
A £150.00 refundable breakage/ damage insurance is also required, this is a refundable deposit after the holiday home has been satisfactorily checked after vacation. (Refunds are normally given the same day of vacation providing all is ok, but no more than a few days in most cases) Please leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it. Accidents happen, please report any such accident or breakage before leaving the caravan, Any damage or breakages will be deducted from the insurance fee at the owners discretion.
So to book and reserve your dates I will require one deposit of £ 100.00
Cancellation received more than 56 days before start date - charge is 10% of the total holiday price
Cancellation received more than 42 days but no more than 55 days before start date - charge is 30% of the total holiday price
Cancellation received more than 28 days but no more than 41 days before start date - charge is 50% of total holiday price
Cancellation received 27 days or less before start date - charge is 100% of the total holiday price.
